Why is healthy fascia important?
Healthy fascia will decrease pain, tightness, and inflammation, while helping you reach your body goals all at the same time.
Are fascia and cellulite related?
Merriam Webster defines Cellulite as “deposits of subcutaneous fat within fibrous connective tissue (as in the thighs, hips, and buttocks) that give a puckered and dimpled appearance to the skin surface”. However, it’s not a fat problem, it’s a fascia/connective tissue issue.
Where can I use the FasciaBlaster® on my body?
You can use all of the Blaster devices (Shape Tools) from head to toe but the FaceBlaster™ and the OMG Blaster were specially designed to be used on the face.
Oil allows the device (Shape Tool) to glide over the skin instead of grabbing the skin. DO NOT USE over clothing as the product will NOT work to decrease the appearance of cellulite.
How hard should I use the FasciaBlaster®?
Start off light and brisk! You have total control over how hard to use your Blaster (Shape Tool), and you should start off FasciaBlasting with light pressure.

Do I have to be hot to use the FasciaBlaster®?
No, but the FasciaBlaster is most effective when the tissue is warm. Your tissues become moldable and pliable like playdough. You can heat up internally with some cardio or hot yoga, etc, and/or heat externally by getting in a sauna, hot bath or shower, hot pads, a space heater or a sauna suit.
Why do I need to use oil?
Oil allows the device to glide over the skin instead of grabbing the skin. DO NOT USE over clothing as the product will NOT work.
What type of oil do I need?
All products that are applied to your skin are absorbed by the cells in your body. We recommend any organic oil, such as coconut oil, for the purest ingredients to be used on your body.

How do I use the FasciaBlaster tools?
How often should you use the FasciaBlaster tools?
You can FasciaBlast as often as you would like as long as you are not sore or bruised. Listen to your body and take rest days to allow your body to adjust. Starting out with FasciaBlasting 3-5 days a week for 2-5 minutes per area to start is ideal.
Will it hurt?
If your tissue is sensitive it may be uncomfortable when you start. Healthy tissue doesn’t hurt, so ease in and go at your own pace. Do not push past your personal subjective rating of a 4/10 scale, or you will be working against the results you desire. The fascia will start to protect your body and recoil if you push into intense pain. You want your body to receive the treatment not fight it for the best & quickest results.
Will I bruise?
Yes, bruising can be expected. Bruising is part of the tissue healing process. Do not use the Shape Tools (Blaster devices) over a bruise. The tissue has micro-inflammation, and needs to heal first before treating it again. If the bruises seem unusual, stop using the device/s and see your trusted healthcare professional. If you have any unanticipated changes in your body or to your health, consult with your trusted healthcare professional. Please refer your provider to our website so they can understand more about our products.
